Pros
I love working for Community Brands because I enjoy the culture and love the relationships that I have with everyone within the company. Everyone is very helpful, approachable, caring and friendly. This is true no matter what level or status you're at within the company. Managers do really care about their employee's wellbeing and overall career development and growth. Work life balance does exist with Community Brands.
Cons
The only complain I have is compensation, but I also understand more money does not always mean more loyalty or more productivity.
