Pros

- Unlimited time off - A wonderful, talented, hard-working group of people!

Cons

- Management is pretty atrocious. It's made very clear that senior leadership doesn't respect their employees or their customers. - They have (or had, before everyone finally gave up and quit) a really talented, devoted group of people working for them, but management squandered that. - As a PE-owned company, they care only about short-term revenue and will make zero investment in product or people - Management doesn't know anything about the customers they serve and aren't interested in learning or listening to experts within the company - Even when people started leaving in droves, management did zero self-reflection and made zero effort to save quality employees.

Pros

- The product was pretty good a well-liked by customers - Solid work/life balance - Every holiday under the sun was PTO

Cons

- Leadership did nothing when issues were brought to their attention and empty promises became the norm. - Unfair lead distribution and favoritism across the board, - Base pay is absurdly low for a closing role and is far less than most SDR roles start at. Makes me wonder how little Momentive is paying their actual BDR/SDRs. - Not possible self-source the pipeline coverage needed to make quota given the low deal size and transactional nature of the sale. - So many executive leadership changes it became hard to keep up. The latest iteration is completely out of touch and more serve as mouth-pieces for TA.
