      Planned time off policy for salaried workers, volunteer and voting time off, (sick time off is based on earned time) My team is great Clear company & team goals 401k match Cheap pet insurance Seems stable for the tech industry - less inclined to have major layoffs

      Cons

      I'm not a fan of Cigna and that is what we currently have for medical insurance
