Pros

While it's been a minute since I've been employed by Community Brands, it was truly an amazing team full of gems at the time I was there. At the time, the company was rapidly undergoing lots of acquisitions. While this rapid change/environment wasn't for everyone, I was privileged enough to come from a legacy team hungry for change. We formed a unique bond I've been dying to find again throughout my professional journey. I think back to my times with CB often and have remained in close touch with my coworkers over the years. I owe a lot of my journey in CS to the many skills/experiences I gained here.

Cons

Below market pay - but at the time, customer success was a bit of a newer field so this may have evolved.

Great front line leadership, hybrid schedule, great people to work with

Micromanagment, lots of decisions being made at the leadership level without thought to how it affects the org as a whole
