My opinion, this is the worst pay in solar and in America. Not my opinion, the base pay is BELOW minimum wage. And that's before the gas you pay for out of pocket. And taxes taken out of your check. You are on call 6 days a week, 12 hours a day. The lowest commission I've ever seen is not paid out until month 4 or 5 or something and that's if they pay it. I was actually paid zero commission and bonus for my work, so in my experience, the commission is zero. You would have to sell high volume to barely make a living wage here but with so many fake appointments, I couldn't see that happening and they didn't even pay the commission I earned anyway. The sales guy jargon is spewed at you daily, morning to evening and the sales script has you straight up lying to people. I gave them a few sales and some referrals and then I left as quickly as possible. This is not the place for a solar career and for many reasons!
