Pros

The only positive I had working at this company was their training course. You will learn solar by the end of it.

Cons

-Unpaid commissions. Currently owed around $5000 for installed clients that they were suppose to pay me for. -Extremely high turnover. I saw 30 people come and go on the sales team within 6 months. I saw people get fired after 1 week. -Management would berate, and degrade employees in team meetings and post-appointments regularly. It was a very common occurance after an appointment to be told things like "YOU DIDN'T BUILD ENOUGH TRUST", "YOU DIDN'T DO THE THREE CIRCLES GOOD ENOUGH", or other things like that. That may have been the case, but there was very little effort spent showing a person a path to improvement. -The teamlead structure there is a joke. Teamleads are just allstar sales people that get all of the best leads. There is very little coaching that goes on from teamleads to the people on their teams. -Takeover calls if an appointment is going to no-sale makes you feel like a used car salesman. If a prospective buyer pushes back, the price per watt can be dropped as much as 35-40% in some cases. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and it has taken me some time to heal mentally from the toxicity of working at Momentum for 6 months. PROCEED WITH CAUTION!
