Pros
Training is good if you know nothing about solar. Expect to be told "how much money you're going to make" every day. They are selling you the job during training.
Cons
Anytime a company is incentivized to fire employees....so they can keep and split your hard earned commission....RUN! Literally in their best interest to let you go. Very used car sales vibes. Lots of puffery and showmanship amongst management. The CEO spoke to employees in group meetings in really condescending and disrespectful ways. The script is an unethical joke, and the kicker is you get to waste all that gas, time, and effort making these jokers rich in the process.
