The business model seems to be 1. bring in new people 2. Exploit their contacts to go solar 3. Fire them or stop Giving them leads so they quit and move on to next batch of employees. All Of the positive reviews are done within the first days of employment. The mangagement sends out an email requiring certain markets to have employees go on and leave positive reviews.
