There are no Pros so i will just list some more cons -Management will give you the worst leads possible and claim your are the reason things are not going well. -Forced to provide Dr. note even for a shift interruption.
Cons
-dramatically reduced pay from a couple years ago. - they will hold little "raffle" events promising items or rewards but will not pay out in the end -I was promised a PS4 and never received it- after being the best appointment setter for months - terrible culture. Uses "we are a family" when they have hundreds of employees. Which means they will ask you to do overtime every single day and if you don't you will be looked down upon. and possibly fired or demoted. -I knew people in all different departments and here's how the appointments end up happening 1. you (the appointment setter) will call this person and claim they will be able to save money on their electric bill. 2. If they agree to an appointment the company will send a canvasser down to the home. 3. The canvasser will give them a quote and have them sign a paper to see the quote. at this time the homeowner does not know that this is actually the contract. 4. Bam the homeowner is in contract and if they try to back out then they have to pay a "cancellation fee" to end what they have signed so in reality if you sign up to work here please know that you will be no better than the people scamming your grandparents.
