Too much spending on unnecessary hardware and equipment. Too many PHD people when most of the work can be done by engineers with a bachelor's degree. Engineers are often overworked because management laid off too many people and can't afford to hire more engineers. Inability to get more people onboard within a reasonable time. Employees constantly frustrated with different things VERY LOW retention rate
