Everyone is so nice and willing to help you learn and grow! Not only Monark ABA as a company but your coworkers all want you to succeed and enjoy working everyday! Seeing kids learn and grow, and watching them build trust, is truly rewarding!

Vision insurance is every 24 months instead of every 12, But other than that I have enjoyed working with the Monark ABA Family!

Monark is a great place to work that has just the right combination of teamwork and independence. Whether you are entering as a prospective RBT, current RBT or prospective or current BCBA - there is room to grow and move up within the company. You can progress through 7 levels as an RBT, get your BACB supervision with an awesome leadership team including BCBA-D's, and continue to grow with the company. The story of how the company was born is so heartwarming and you truly feel that from the top down. The only company in my 16 years in the field that fully and whole heartedly invests in their employees.

All jobs have their moments of stress but the support you receive from leadership makes the stress very very minimal.
