      Pros

      An opportunity to change lives everyday. Management makes decisions that aren't always about highest profit. They are supportive and open to feedback. Clinical staff are dedicated to the individuals and families we serve. Management and clinical cone together to form a cohesive team.

      Cons

      The individuals we work with as a whole lack social skills and have limited communication skills. This leads to challenging behaviors. The field of ABA is not for everyone. The work is challenging (yet rewarding).

      Pros

      Everyone is so nice and willing to help you learn and grow! Not only Monark ABA as a company but your coworkers all want you to succeed and enjoy working everyday! Seeing kids learn and grow, and watching them build trust, is truly rewarding!

      Cons

      Vision insurance is every 24 months instead of every 12, But other than that I have enjoyed working with the Monark ABA Family!
