Pros

I've been associated with the company since 2000 & one thing you can always count on, Monarch will do whatever possible to accommodate those doing the actual support of people using services. Monarch is flexible whenever possible & always recognizes that people have family & lives away from the job.

Cons

Technology disparages during COVID. we're seriously spread out & with spotty technology or folks NOT having access to technology, it can be tough to communicate.
