Toxic, unprofessional, nepotism, too many to list!
There cannot possibly be a worse working environment than Monarch. None of the management including the CEO have any idea what they are doing.
Toxic, unprofessional, unsafe.
Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another place to work otherwise you will regret working at Monarch every single day.
Also, the HR reps that reply to these messages actually have no idea what goes on and have 0 power to do anything about the horrendous working environment. Do not be fooled by the attempt to show the company actually cares - it does not.
