Fast paced, lots of opportunities for high ownership, friendly team.

Lack of seniority and guidance: Monarch was a great place if you are confident in your field and can manage the scope of your role. It could be hard for more junior employees to figure out where they fit. Processes were not cohesive and not enough teams subscribed to common processes.
