Pros
You can really learn a lot about yourself, staffing, and sales in your role here. Everyone is supportive of your career and development. My manager has been really understanding about sick days and vacation days since my start here.
Cons
The ramp-up time can be slower in the staffing industry than in traditional software or other sales roles. There is also a lot of turnover, and it's sad to see your coworkers go! Health insurance is expensive, but probably standard in this industry.
