Pros
I am an individual who prides myself on being hard-working, a go-getter and incredibly outgoing. It wasn't until I started working at Mondo that other people like me existed who (if possible) work harder and longer. This was my first true sales position and in my 9 months at Mondo I have learned more about myself, business and what it takes to be successful than any class I took in college or "life lesson" a previous employer bestowed upon me. If you are reading this, you know up front that it is a good company, but the hours are long, you are expected to hit a quota and that it's a grind. Have it be known this is a great company to work for and if you know all those things up front, then all you have to do is keep going. All you need is tough skin and the determination to keep going.
Cons
The biggest downside about working at Mondo is the expectation of what people think you do vs. what you actually do. Hiring Managers and candidates may think you're just making cold calls, annoying them for answers when in reality you are running your own business. When people outside of the company do not respect your time, that is the biggest "con"
