      Pros

      There are so many Pro's to working at Mondo NYC! Just to name a few: 1) The people- When working at Mondo you will be surrounded by hard working young professionals who strive to make the company a better place as they grow in their professional careers. 2) The managers- Always there to help! The managers are always around to answer questions, provide feedback, advice and constructive criticism. 3) The culture- Work hard, play hard culture! If a competitive culture is what you crave then Mondo is the place for you.

      Cons

      Cons- Long hours (8AM-6PM) If you are not able to work these hours and be open to staying late then this is not the role for you.

      the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
