      Pros

      Everyone is easily accessible to communicate with and friendly to boot. Working with Mondo I have great relationships that have turned into friendships outside of work. Great vacation schedule and a lot of room for upward growth. Harder to work the better you will do...Simple as that

      Cons

      Like with any sales position, you are working all day and it tends to weigh on your work/life balance. I know of this for every sales position I have been in so this is something I do not expect to change but if there were a person to figure out how to manage that I hope the let me know.

      the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
