      Pros

      Growing company with opportunity for growth if you get in with the right people and if you like micro management.

      Cons

      This place is micromanaged by immature 25 year olds. I did my job and stayed out of everyone's way, and I had the team lead in DC breathing down my back calling me stupid for something I didn't realize I did. If you are late into the office by 3 minutes, they will blow up your phone. It's not worth it to fight them or stay at this job where you're micro managed. They even micro manage your sales process. I would stay away from the DC or Philly locations.

      the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
