Pros
Hard working and passionate young office. Quick ramp up after about two weeks of training your on the phones. The office building is in a convenient locations. Mangers expect results but are very cool people to work for that bring out more passion.
Cons
The work and life combination the hours are long and demand. It can be hard to mange social life and work life. The training process could be more hands on in teaching the different approaches and techniques of approaching the accounts trying to contact.
