Pros

They hire good people, so you'll probably get along well with your coworkers. A lot of holidays off.

Cons

First of all, take a look at all of Mondo's positive reviews and ask yourself if they seem genuine. You'll see they're all brief and uninspired, and that is because Mondo asks its employees to write a 5-star review within weeks of their first day, and the person who hired them gets a bonus. So look past that, if you will, because this place is no Google. The hours here are long -- insanely long. 10 hours every day, minimum. They'll tell you this is the "industry standard"... it's not. You'll be reprimanded for leaving early (on time). Most people work 11 hours daily. You'll be micromanaged to death. Like, your mom didn't watch you this closely when you were a toddler. Every day there is an email with the ENTIRE COMPANY attached that will show how many people you've called, meetings you've booked so far, etc. And everyone sees it. If you haven't made 25 calls before you walk into the daily "pipe" meeting you can consider yourself on watch. If you don't make your 100 calls every single day, don't even bother showing up after your first month. Your managers will talk down to you, borderline harass you, and beat you up mentally until (like many others) you're crying in the bathroom and wondering why you'd ever thought working here was a good idea. "unlimited time off!" -- LOL. No one here takes time off. They'll look at you like you've got 3 heads if you even ask for more than a day. Turnover here is absolutely insane. My manager mentioned to me that they'd turned over the entirety of their company by third quarter last year. So more people had left the company by September than were currently employed. Overall, they value quantity over quality, numbers over people, and they treat employees accordingly. They'll try to lure you in with pool tables and ~chalkboard walls~, but once you're in you will be miserable. The only people who are remotely successful here are insane workaholics, super driven and smart. And if you're that good, you deserve much better than to waste your time here. Go work for a company that values you.

Pros

meritocracy uncapped commission culture of growth competitive & collaborative environment work life integration

Cons

the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
