Pros

The people they hire are amazing... until they suck the life out of them.

Cons

Everything. They treat you like an intern, you better not have any friends, relationships, or hobbies. They demand responses within minutes or they go "Chicken Little" *The sky is falling* The management team is a couple of liars, talk about the blind leading the blind. Their main concern is looking good, they don't care about you making $ or if you do well. Recognition isn't their forte. They are ill intentioned & all they do is bicker like kids about the team. Not all good producers are meant to be in management. 13 hour days. They act like staffing is an equivalent profession to surgery, so dramatic. They don't care about their people, you're just a number. It doesn't matter how much time or passion you invest in Mondo, it will never matter. ESPECIALLY in the Dallas office. They lie to hiring managers & expect the account directors to keep up with their fibs. Worst place I ever worked, hands down.

Pros

meritocracy uncapped commission culture of growth competitive & collaborative environment work life integration

Cons

the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

Pros

None that I can think of

Cons

I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
