Mondo has been a wonderful place to start my career. It is full of growth opportunity, and there is plenty of reward for people who work hard. As with all sales jobs, the more work you put into it the more rewards you get. If you have the motivation to do well, and establish a good relationship with your manager, you can be very successful here. The quotas they give you are fair, and they even offer end of year bonus potential and monthly bonuses on top of commission. I’ve seen entry-level hires make six figures here. The opportunity is there for the taking, you just have to be willing to work hard for it.
Cons
It can be a grind, and there are ups and downs during the month depending on how well the team is doing.
