      If you have the mental strength or are completely blind to the lack of ethics, you could make a great living at this company

      Cons

      Working for this company is like being in a toxic relationship. You can do your best and be revered one day, but if something out of your control goes wrong, you will be chastised the next day. It is very up and down. They will pretend to be champions for mental health care and burnout awareness, yet, will be the one thing in your life that will negatively impact your mental health. Do yourself a favor, run.

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
