Pros
- Great infrastructure for motivated and ambitious sales people. - Huge investment of amount of money and time in driving innovation and growth. - Sales is responsible for their own success - Anyone can receive the amount of training and management they proactively seek. - High activity standards, but once delivery is there, numbers get set accordingly to each strategy. The team in Dallas is fantastic; there is true camaraderie and each person cares about the overall success of the office. It is a sales job, and the expectation is set high, but you can make a lot of money at a very young age. Since it is a young office, making an mark and the name for yourself is a lot easier then at an established company.
Cons
This job is very stressful, and since it is still in start-up stages in Dallas, it sometimes takes a lot of work to see results. Certainly not for everyone. If you are looking to be up and running from day one, this is not the right environment for you.
