Pros
First, when I was picked up by Mondo I was going from interview to interview with no luck. I have no idea how, but Mondo found ME, and I believe I was working within about 2-3 weeks. It wasnt long at all. I am happy at my assignment and the staff at Mondo has been AMAZING to work with. Ever I is dotted and every T is crossed. The Mondo staff is professional and prompt, you never have to worry about your concern going swept under the rug. If they dont know something, they get it to the people who DO know and get you an answer in a timely fashion. I dont think I've ever had a concern that wasnt addressed the same day. I LOOOOOVE that. Mondo, is the best staffing company/contract company that I've ever worked for, hands down.
Cons
The only con for me is the uncertainty of working a contract job, which could end at any time, but that has no bearing on Mondo. Other than that, Cons? What cons?
