Pros
I wanted to check back in after my original review. I worked at Mondo for 3 years and when I left, it was to pursue a completely different career in nursing. It was a tough decision to leave my Mondo family, and when I left I was concerned that the support I had and the relationships that I made would fizzle because I decided to part ways. This has not been the case in the slightest. Some of my closest friends are still Mondo friends, and I am still being supported by Management. My VP of Sales Operations wrote me an incredible professional recommendation for my applications, and I with her unwavering support, I am proud to say I am starting school in January! Mondo is what you make of it. You have potential to make a fantastic living and to make professional and personal connections that last.
Cons
At the time I was employed, there was not a lot of upward mobility. If you want to be with the company for long term, make sure you come up with your own goals and a professional growth plan.
