The recriting and staffing industry as a whole is challenging right now, and though the culture and Mondo product is strong, we still feel the pains of the market, and that can be a real challenge with sometimes more lows than high. But it always comes back around if you can stick it out, and if you have the right mindset, there is growth in coming out on the other side. It's not all rainbows and sunshine, it's a grind, but the perks make it worth it and if you are a high performer, there are a TON of awesome perks. This is not a culture for those who wish to sit back and make an easy paycheck or for those who want a complacent workday. This is hustle culture at its best.
