      Pros

      Mondo has some of the best people and support system I have ever worked with. The entire team is extremely positive and always there when you need assitence. Since day one I have felt welcome and appreciated for the work that we put in. They are always striving to be better and learn new skills in order to drive the entire company towards success.

      the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
