Pros
You can make a lot of money if you are down with working over 40 hours per week. Managers are ok if you have a good one and most team members are really supportive.
Cons
Expect to constantly receive pings way after 5pm, even sometimes at midnight and you are expected to answer right away even if you are on PTO or sick. You can sometimes be made to feel like a failure and not a good employee. You are pressured to make candidates accept same day and forgo other opportunities even before accepting a new role you are representing them for. Process is crazy and there is no room for mistakes or growth. Base salary sucks - does not match up with market value of recruiters and expect to never get a raise. Most companies start recruiters at $60k-$70k to keep up with inflation and cost of living these days but not Mondo. Expect to be at $40k even after being there for awhile.
