      Pros

      - Awesome place to work where managers are invested in your success - Team attitude for collective success - Multiple different types of positions and career paths for advancement - Work hard play hard mentality - People work hard and are driven for success

      Cons

      - Sales/Recruiting is not for everyone - Extra hours will be required if you want to be successful - You can't fly by under the radar unnoticed - Cannot punch the clock and go home, you have to be passionate about your business and what you're doing (Not so much a con, but like I said it is not for everyone)

      the reality is success requires sacrifice, and anyone who says differently is lying. the pros have far outweighed any sacrifices I've made in my career here!

      I decided I’m sick of seeing the fake 5 star reviews. This place will tear you down, expect unrealistic metrics that don’t translate to anything, and it was an insanely toxic environment. I would not recommend working here to my worst enemy. I get why companies and hiring managers don’t work with them ever again. If you think of applying look at turnover and the amount they hire across all offices. Went to other staffing companies and realized how insane they operate it’s almost comical
