Pros
Work hard and you'll be recognized. Surrounded by positive energy - Jobs can be stressful, and this one can definitely be intense, even stressful (People are so unpredictable ! There's a lot you can't control.) - But to be cheered on, high-fived, pumped up with good tunes, and be surrounded by others working as hard as you are. Every day I come in ready to make a difference and knowing that I can.
Cons
A lot of turnover because it does demand hard work - and the company does take risks on who they hire, so some do not make the cut. But office politics - there's very little. It's a transparent, straightforward place - full of opportunity to grow and make $$.
