Cons
- No physical office. I only get to see my colleagues during retreats which happens once a year. It's sometimes fun to see your team from time to time though. - Had to work on holidays. Although the company is not stringent when it comes to leave approval, but it's nice to have a holiday off sometimes without the need for approval.
