Pros
The pay is good; but it's not worth it for what you have to deal with.
Cons
Company says they are agile, they don't even know what agile project management means or is as a concept. There is no collaboration; every project is a chore and priorities for projects change every other day. If you ask any senior leaders; you will get 10 different answers and none of them are related. The organization simply doesn't know what direction to take every other day; aka zero strategy exists here and IT makes all of the decisions. It is in your best interest to simply not work here; my experience definitely showed me what I don't want in a job. Senior management team are just lower level managers that were placed in higher level jobs and either don't have experience in the areas they are "leading" or simply have no clue how to lead a team - it's rather embarrassing to experience it.
