      Pros

      - good benefits, decent pay, good maternity/paternity (6 & 5 months but with 1 year cliff), sick pay, health insurance, snacks & food in the office

      Cons

      - terrible HR, wide known, in all forms - from processing speeds to following it's own policies that can be interpreted in any way (never employee way) - corporate world in all it's "beauty"

      Pros

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.

      Cons

      Not a lot of office perks compared to other big tech companies.
