      Depending on the org you are part of and if you have the support of your manager.

      Cons

      Clearly they did an engineering reset and filling the r&d org with AWS peeps. This is probably good for shareholders, probably not good for culture.

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.

      Cons

      Not a lot of office perks compared to other big tech companies.
