Pros
Huge addressable market makes for high velocity sales motions. Everything runs on a database. Never shut out of an account. Companies are very open to better technologies than the incumbents. MongoDB has fantastic product market fit and product works very well.
Cons
Put a model in to prevent abuse of community version. Put better alignment between product management and sales to help with large customers.
