While we do have high expectations of all of our employees and acknowledge that our sales process requires consistent hard work to master, we encourage employees to utilize our flexible PTO ethos to take time for themselves to relax and unwind. Our Learning & Development program equips managers with training on managing and collaborating with different working and learning styles. Our goal is to ensure our managers can devote the necessary time to train and coach our sales reps so they can continue to grow and develop their careers.
