Pros

Good salary, nice co-workers, interesting domain for technical sales person

Cons

The company go to market strategy is 20-years too old, strong religion, not in good way. Rather control employees rather than empowering them. Growth is done by hiring more sales people and not being smart in GTM

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We appreciate the positives you mentioned, and we also respect your concerns and take them seriously. We acknowledge that we have a robust sales process that is based on years of research and data which has proven to deliver consistent success. While our Sales team is process-driven, one of our values as an employer is the “freedom to create”, and we encourage employees to take risks, be creative within their roles, and own what they do. Additionally, we take pride in our growth as a company and promoting from within by developing talent internally while also welcoming external talent to better serve our customers. If you would be open to sharing more, please reach out to your designated People Partner or email our Senior Employer Brand Manager, Jess Katz, at jess.katz@mongodb.com.

Pros

Supportive people, a strong culture, and meaningful flexibility are the biggest positives. I've had the chance to work with thoughtful colleagues who care about doing good work and helping each other succeed. There are solid opportunities to learn, build relationships across teams, and contribute in a way that feels impactful.

Cons

Workloads can be heavy during busy periods, and priorities can sometimes shift quickly (which is expected in growing companies)

Pros

Remote work and decent pay

Cons

Really depends on the team, however middle management needs to be addressed. Toxic culture that truly depends on who your manager is. Silent layoffs are made to seem "Performance-based", then job is re-posted at a reduced range. Proceed with caution and understand that HR is not your friend.
