Pros
Company growth is amazing. Incredible product in a space that really needed it. Customers love the value they get from using MongoDB and sell it internally on your behalf. Company culture is great. Solutions Architects are extremely sharp and very willing to help win a deal however they can.
Cons
Marketing leads are not well routed. For some reason, the marketing team uses Eloqua, which is by far the worst marketing automation ever created. Massive emphasis on pipeline generation, but not a lot of support from ADRs, even for large enterprise accounts. Selling database technology is a long process, but the constant demand for net new qualified pipeline is extremely grueling. Some companies looked at MongoDB years ago when it was a lot less than it is today and they're stubborn to revisit it again by doing a new evaluation. It's a ton of hard work, but it's very rewarding.
