      Pros

      Great Product ( MongoDB and Atlas) Work culture and work life balance is amazing Helpful and empathetic leadership Compensation is at par with best in industry. I can go on and on and on.

      Cons

      Cant think of any. Only thing that comes to my mind is that health insurance can be improved although some improvements have already being made.

      Smart coworkers, fun projects. At the time it still felt like small enough of a company to know people. It's truly an inflection point of my career to work there.

      Cons

      Not a lot of office perks compared to other big tech companies.
