- Great culture - We work hard, but we rest hard too. My manager encourages me to take 25-35 days off per year. The team is also very collaborative and there is no knowledge withholding. - Pay and benefits - Competitive pay and unique bonus structure for CS employees. Perfect hybrid role between CS and Sales for those that like uncapped commission structures. - Great leadership - I love my manager and his manager as well. They are both extremely supportive and willing to get in the trenches with me. - Work/Life balance - I never feel like I'm overwhelmed here and can tell that my boss cares about my sanity. :)
