Pros
Truly great culture that is fostered from top and trickles down. There is an Employee Experience team within HR whose sole purpose is to ensure employees feel valued and heard. Salaries are at the higher end of the market and there are tons of perks. Many diverse employee interest groups. Company values workshops and learning for everyone, not just leadership.
Cons
The Products are evolving quickly, which is great, but we need to put more effort into future-proofing by listening to customer pain points. Tech Services knows best what leads to the most problems and dissats and that data should be what drives new features and fixes.
