The culture is unbelievable and it is probably one of the best agencies you will find in Denver in terms of work life balance and a strong culture. They brought in some new key leaders in the last 2-3 years who have really turned the agency around. They are incredibly successful. You feel a part of the community when working at Monigle.

To excel at Monigle, you need to be a go-getter and be comfortable paving your own way. Even though it is a 100 person agency now, it is still flexible, nimble and constantly evolving. It takes the right person to work there and do well there. If you like strict process, a clear outline for the road ahead, this is not the place for you.
