Pros
Great culture, benefits, management, etc. This company really is the best in the business when it comes to valuing their staff and customers and providing a superior product. No wonder they were voted by Hawaii Business Journal as the Best Place to Work two years in a row and have won multiple awards including Best Bar, Best Restaurant, Best Happy Hour, etc.
Cons
Hard to find any and if I did, they are probably already working toward fixing it. Talk about a company who listens to the people who work for them!
