      Pay is good Health insurance is great

      Lack of direction at a company level for some legacy companies. No coherent return to office plan, still some missing cross-company links (have fun flipping through a bunch of different slack spaces to find the channel you were pinged on!).

      It's been such a pleasure, joy and fresh air to work here. I'm respected, as is my work life balance.

      Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
