Pros
- Decoded does a great job at hiring amazing talent and overall cool people - You'll be able to learn a lot from your coworkers - You get exposure to large ad accounts which can be a good learning experience
Cons
- Clients have really high expectations and aren't afraid to "work you to the bone" - Most of your team members will have your back and "be in the trenches with you" through hard times/late nights... but there will be a few who skate by with out actually working... this can be frustrating but is pretty normal for agency life - Feels like your day to day happiness is dictated more by your client(s) rather than your manager & employer
