      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to meet big clients, work in partnership with big techs as google and amazon and great team to work with.

      Cons

      Terrible to get bonuses and they just don't give any leader or boss, so you can't grow your salary even been part of a sales team, and also you don't have anyone to develop your career.

      Leadership hasn't always been consistent with their words and actions, making it feel scary and tumultuous at times.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. - Health insurance, 401k, unlimited PTO

      Cons

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
