Pros
A very non-toxic work environment with the colleagues. Everyone is accountable to their responsibility and respect boundaries. Try their best to work together as a team to ensure no one's working more than 8 hours.
Cons
Personal development, growth opportunity, salary increment are close to nothing. Basically work like robots everyday. The upper management doesn't care much of the well being of the employees. Workload adds up but no entitlement nor increment for the employees. Growth only happens to the upper management - no time to take care this branch's welfare.
